Perfect standing rib roast recipe and we LOVED the horseradish sauce that went with it!

Amazing! Delicious! Only thing I did differently was the timing at 500 degrees. Turned the oven down after only 15 mins because any longer would have blackened the fat cap. 15 minutes was plenty for a crispy dark brown crust.
