    Easy and tasted fine but had a few issues: 1. Amount of digestive biscuits called for is way too much. Used about 20’grams per cheesecake. Having it stuck at the bottom was a bit weird too. Next time, I would mix it in with cheesecake mixture for interest. 2. Bit too heavy overall. 3. Irish cream taste is quite strong but I understand that’s an individual taste thing.
