- 1 1/2 cups raisins (I use a mix of golden and craisions. Just use your favorite raisin.)
- 2 tsp. caraway seeds (Optional., Not really.)
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter (melted, I use salted butter.)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk

Delicious. We don’t like raisins so I substituted dried cherries and it was yummy!
