This dish was so delicious! I love spicy dishes and I always am trying to spruce up my ramen. I found this recipe and immediately went to make it, and it turned out great. The flavor is perfect. I added some lime juice as well to add some tanginess to the flavor.

my husband LOVED this recipe! i added bean sprouts and carrots just for added variety and left out the egg.
