Turned out really good. Used frozen Cauliflower and baked for amount 20 minutes and tossed in sriracha sauce and baked for another 20 minutes. Will definitely try again with fresh Cauliflower.

This was awesome, I did alter the recipe slightly as follows...I used apple cider vinegar instead of rice vinegar and Bragg Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce.
