- 1 bunch fresh basil

- 3 cloves garlic
- salt

Directions
- Combine squid, basil, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Marinate squid, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Pre-heat the griddle.
- Pour the squid on the plancha, stirring constantly. ( Cooking is done very quickly).
- Serve the squid and pour the remaining marinade over .
