Easy & tasty. I used an electric griddle & cooked several at once. This was an emergency dinner after a kitchen crisis so we used what we had, plain yellow cheddar with a few twists of the pepper mill, no cilantro. I plan to try out some different cheese/herb combinations, starting with ricotta & fresh basil.
