This is the best stir fry recipe I've tried yet, although I did make modifications. I added an extra clove garlic and a tablespoon sherry to the sauce and substituted a small spoon of chili-garlic paste for the chili flakes. To the stir fry I added one minced garlic clove, half a small head sliced purple cabbage, and thick sliced brown cremini mushrooms with the veggies, and next time I'll add some tofu for protein. Served over short grain brown rice it was delicious and pretty! Could have eaten the whole thing myself.

this was so incredibly simple and delicious, you really can't screw it up! I will admit to using a bottled teriyaki sauce instead for convenience sake and threw in some tofu as well for some protein.
