- 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)

- 1 head fennel (trimmed and sliced paper thin)
- 6 radishes (sliced paper thin)
- 4 stalks asparagus (trimmed and shaved into thin strips with a vegetable peeler)
- 1/4 red onion (sliced paper thin)
- 3 eggs (hard cooked, sliced in half lengthwise)
- 1/4 cup soft goat cheese (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts
