- 8 radishes (sliced thinly)
- 1 large carrot
- 8 stalks asparagus
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. lemongrass (stalks of)
- 1 clove garlic
- fresh ginger
- 4 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar (depending on your taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. low sodium tamari (use soy sauce if not gluten free)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower oil (olive oil works also)
