- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. parsley leaves (chopped fresh flat-leaf)
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus (steamed, then cut into bite-size pieces)
- 10 oz. frozen green peas (thawed and drained)

- Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread, lemon juice, mint, parsley, garlic and lemon peel in large bowl.

I disagree with the "too much mint" comment. I followed the recipe with the exceptions: I broiled the asparagus, because...Who eats raw asparagus?!. I made the dressing exactly, and tasted it...then threw in MORE mint, parsley and garlic. I like it, and might add grated parm and/ or a pinch of cayenne powder.

Mint was overpowering. Tasted like it was missing something. I ate it with crackers to help me finish the rest lol
