- 1 English peas (standard brown paper lunch bag full of fresh, still in their pods - I'm guessing a pound or two)
- lemon juice (Squeeze of)
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan (FRESHLY)
- 1 pinch cayenne
- lemon zest
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup durum wheat flour (semolina also works great, but not as nutritious)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 handful chives (optional - this is where you can add any herbs, spices, or other flavorings)
