- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 radish (thinly sliced)
- lemon (Bit of rind or zest from a, I used Meyer lemon)
- 1/4 tsp. tangerine (zest from a, or orange)
- parmigiano reggiano cheese (good quality, aged 2 years, crumbled; use as much as you want, I used about 1 tablespoon)
- Pecorino Romano cheese (Aged, shaved, I used Locatelli Pecorino; use as much as you want)
- freshly ground black pepper
