- 1 spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 leek (spring, thinly sliced)
- 1 green garlic (stalk, thinly sliced, or 1 small garlic clove, finely chopped)
- 2 scallions (halved lengthwise and cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella (cut into 8 pieces)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh marjoram (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves (roughly chopped)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- fresh parsley (Chopped)
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cold, cut into pieces)
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (plus additional for work surface)
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups rhubarb (1/2-inch-diced, 5 to 6 stalks)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- grated nutmeg (teaspoon freshly)
- 1 cup turbinado sugar (plus more for topping)
- 1 pie dough (double recipe, use the Pizza Dough recipe above, but substitute 2 ounces of cream cheese for the 4 tablespoons of the butter)
- 1 large egg
- ice (Lemon Buttermilk, optional,)
- 3 cups buttermilk (preferably full fat)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 lemon (Zest and juice)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
