- 400 grams pasta (your choice, I've used whole wheat farfalle)
- 500 grams salmon fillet (fresh)
- 250 grams asparagus (woody ends trimmed, see blog post above)
- 150 grams frozen peas
- 1 lemon (save 1 Tbsp to pour over salmon fillet before baking)
- 200 grams creme fraiche
- 1 knob unsalted butter (approx 10g)
- 2 Tbsp. dill (finely chopped, + few extra sprigs for decoration if you'd like)
