  • 500 grams salmon fillet (fresh)
  • 250 grams asparagus (woody ends trimmed, see blog post above)
  • 150 grams frozen peas
  • 1 lemon (save 1 Tbsp to pour over salmon fillet before baking)
  • 200 grams creme fraiche
  • 1 knob unsalted butter (approx 10g)
  • 2 tablespoons dill (finely chopped, + few extra sprigs for decoration if you'd like)
