Turned out really delicious! I used dry parsley and the rest of the herbs were fresh, great taste! Definitely will make again :)

These were very disappointing. They were just lumps of quinoa with a few added ingredients. I think the amount of quinoa is too much - made more than 8 patties which I did not want at the end! I cooked the first batch and they didn't hold together very well and they lacked flavor. So with the remaining mix, I added more seasoning, some mustard, and chopped red bell peppers. Then I formed the patties and put them in the freezer for an hour so they would hold together better. The additions improved the second batch, but they were still not enough to overcome the blandness of so much quinoa.
