    The Cashew dressing was simple and tasty but it could stand some spicing up. I added a little garlic because garlic was on hand and sounded good. Overall it was a good taste just needed a little more umph.

    Great combo of vegetables. I kept cashews whole and added celery. I added miracle whip as a salad dressing. Delicious!

    A solid vegan/clean eating recipe! Could use a teensy bit more depth of flavor. I’ll experiment with adding some more spice to the dressing, but it’s easy and protein-packed. Definitely worth a shot!
