- 1 cup sugar snap peas (mange tout, blanched)
- 1 cup asparagus (blanched or grilled)
- 1 cup peas (Podded, blanched)
- 80 grams feta cheese (1 round)
- 3 Tbsp. basil pesto
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts (toasted skinned and roughly chopped)
- 1 lemon (about 50 ml)
- 125 mL olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
