Made this for company! Simply fantastic! Now it is a home staple! I could have just this for dinner and be completely happy!

Great recipe. Very tasty. I toasted the walnuts a little in the oven, this added extra crunch. Very healthy, everyone loved it.

It was good. I've had salads with walnuts, goat cheese and beets. But adding the citrus gave it a nice sweet flavor that complemented the other ingredients.

Adored this salad!
Drizzled balsamic syrup, flax seed oil and one quick squeeze of lemon. Added baked chicken breast for protein. Perfection.

I used canned beets and it didn't taste very good. The goat cheese and balsamic made it sticky and clumpy. Prob won't make again even though those pictures look delicious. Maybe I'll try less dressing and only 2 oz of goat cheese next time

I am not much of a salad person, but this salad is friggin' delicious. I made it last night to be a first course for a steak dinner with lemon asparagus and herbed pommes Anna. Since I had so much other stuff to cook, I just used canned shoestring beets instead of roasting my own beets, but I will absolutely be making this again as it's own meal with fresh beets. Freshly toasted walnuts are the perfect crunchy, nutty texture. The goat cheese with the balsamic orange vinaigrette is so well balanced. It requires so little effort and is so delicious.
