Needed a little more carrot I thought, and I just use a little celery seed instead of chopped celery. I also used leftover ham from Easter feast instead of the ham hocks. It turned out pretty well! Will make again 👍

Really good, best I’ve tried.👍 used a left over honey baked ham, added a lot of flavor.
