SURPRISINGLY GOOD! Tbh i didnt know what to expect with this mix. but its simple fast and i like it! definitely will be on my list of to fast dinners when im really busy

I have enjoyed the spiralizing attachment to my KitchenAid mixer for about a year now. Besides sweet potatoes, I've done a lot of zucchini, butternut squash and even broccoli stems! This was an excellent recipe for sweet potatoes. My husband loved it too. I did cook the spirals 10 minutes, and they still had enough crunch.
