It is very tasty. I needed to serve 10 people so I had to double ingredients but that was no problem. The prep work is a little time consuming but worth the effort. The Just Mayo product that she mentions in her directions comes in several flavors. I used the garlic one but the chipotle would probably be great, too. The kale gives it a healthy twist. She suggests chilling this but it is quite good as warm dish, too.
