Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- First, wash the potatoes. Use a Professional Series 7” Santoku Knife from the KitchenAid® 11pc Professional Series Cutlery Set to rim the ends of the potatoes to create a flat surface on each end for the KitchenAid® Spiralizer Attachment.
- Use the Spiralizer Attachment connected to a KitchenAid® Stand Mixer to spiralize each potato.
