- 500 grams baby spinach (a lot!)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (or 150 g, finely grated)
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (original calls for 160 g, I used plain matzoh meal)
- salt
- pepper
- ground nutmeg (freshly, to taste)
- 6 oz. gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup whole milk
