absolutely phenomenal. it was very easy to make (i have fibromyalgia, tarsal tunnel syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, herniated discs, and more, and i was able to make this with relative ease.
if you're sensitive to spice, use less red pepper flakes - it's rather spicy to sensitive palettes.
I am beyond thtilled that, even though i was impatient and didn't wait for it cool, the filling still stayed in the roll-ups!
I also recommend using more marinara than the recipe calls for.
**However**
They took 15-20min longer than the directions said to get up to 165F, and I was not happy about that.
