This is so yummy! It’s very easy and makes 4 decent servings. I added a large carrot, 1-1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and used broth instead of water. Would be great with some fresh cilantro!

Love this recipe! So easy to make and so delicious to eat I make this about once a month when I make an Indian dinner. Family loves it!

Substituted curry powder with Penang curry and canned tomatoes with a tomato sauce I made. Added more garlic. Used 2 cups coconut milk. Lastly, did half cup green and half cup black lentils. It was so yummy, first lentil recipe I’ve made that I like and will make over and over.

I love this recipe! Wow, so easy, creamy and tasty. Its actually a little sweet and you really can’t taste the lentils. I used a bigger can of tomatoes and added some chicken broth instead of water. I will make it again very soon.

Yummy, although master 6 didn’t like it very much. Miss 14 did. I added grated courgette and grated carrot and a vegetable stock cube to add a bit more flavour.

Easy prep with complex flavor! Lots of bang for your buck. Also very filling. Recipe makes a LARGE batch. Easily enough to feed 6

Super easy and so flavorful! Just wish my version had the nice yellow coloring with pops of red from the tomatoes and green from the spinach! Will make again 😀

Turned out great! No modifications. Served over basmati rice. Will make again.
