I had leftover turkey from Christmas, so I had to first mill it, but it went well. and reduced the cooking time by more than half. I really enjoyed it, cooks up beautifully and tasted fresh and healthy. I really appreciated the nutritional information you provided! Obviously this would work even better with chicken, but I do love turkey more than your average French resident.

I loved this, but I used fresh spinach that I blended in my blender. I also made a tiziki sauce to put over the burgers. It was so light and flavorful. It was such a great alternative to our standard burger.

Amazing!!!!!! I added my own seasoning and this is probably the best turkey burgers I ever had!
