I really love this recipe! I have made it twice now and had to substitute a few ingredients only because it was available. I used 1/2 tsp garlic powder in place of the sautéed garlic both times. The first time I made it with fresh spinach and the next time with fresh arugula. I skipped the step of sautéing the greens (both times) and just cut them into small pieces before mixing into the turkey. I did use crumbled goat cheese (again all that was available) in place of the feta.
They were sooo delicious - both times! The toasted buns with olive oil is a must, adds a nice touch to these MUST MAKE burgers!

The recipe needs seasoning I added garlic powder, onion powder, old bay, a little crushed dried rosemary and a little dried thyme and it came out perfect
