Awesome recipe! I added about a cup of water as the tomato paste made it really thick. I also paired it with Jasmine rice. Very tasty recipe!

I made this exactly per the recipe and it was delicious. The one difference was instead of rice I used sorghum as that was what I had on hand- loved it with the dish. The recipe was not dry as others mentioned and it was not necessary for me to add anything!
