This was quick and easy to make. It tasted okay, but was pretty bland. It would be a good base recipe, but could definitely use some additional seasoning added in to make it pop.

Great idea! Took the base recipe minus fresh parsley, subbed for dried parsley and some dried oregano and added some diced chicken to boot. Added the fresh parmesan to my liking because it’s my mac and cheese dang it. It was stick to your ribs good. Used Reese’s canned artichoke hearts (quartered) and fresh baby spinach. Also subbed the brand of Mac and cheese for another brand. Garlic and Herb. Came out absolutely awesome and will definitely make again because all the women in the house went silent for five minutes and then proceeded to tell me they will kill me if I don’t make it at least once a week. So if they’re happy, IM HAPPY!

Really good!! Could just use more cheese in my opinion so I added more of both cheeses and more milk as well!

Loved it; basically, however, I made some changes as well as additions.
Instead of using the box mac and cheese, 1/4 cups of milk and yogurt, I substituted 1/2 cup heavy cream,12 oz.
bag of small shell pasta and a cup of shredder monterrey jack cheese. I added 16 oz. of sliced white mushrooms that I sautéed, adding the artichokes for a few minutes before the shooms were completely done. I then added the spinach covering the pan to complete the wilting. Preparing the pasta as directed, I added the cream, butter and spices into the hot pot blending the rinsed pasta and jack cheese together, then combining the sautéed veggies
