I used King Salmon and added a bit of grated lemon peel to the stuffing mixture. Topped off with a sprinkling of chopped parsley. Fabulous!

This was delicious! The only thing I did differently was use fresh spinach instead of frozen. I sauteed the spinach in a little bacon grease and then proceeded with the recipe as it is written.

Amazing! Loads of yumminess, very easy and quick meal- my 18 year old could not get enough of this dish!

Easy to do with great flavor. I added green onions to the stuffing which was great. I will make this again

Recipes was great. I had three Alantic Salmons left from a previous salmon night; and used them for this recipe. Add a few tomatoes....not bad!

Perfect . Next time will cook for 5 minutes on each side. Like my a little rarer . My husband loved it.

Made this for my family and we all loved it!! Threw in some pesto and dill and turned out amazing! Definitely recommend!
