    Made these as an appetizer for New Years Eve. They were good but liquid that came out from baking them took away from the final product. Perhaps I did not train the spinach enough??

    Very good. Mushroom has a meaty sausage flavor with the mix of seasonings. I used full portabella mushroom caps and served this as a side.
