A beautiful dish! I will make it again, but next time, I will trim the edges off the flank steak to give it more square shape after pounding it. The reason for this- the thin edges were a little dry by the time the thicker part of the steak was done (medium for us). I plan to freeze those edges and use them in another dish like a stir fry.
