This recipe is absolutely delicious and simpler than you would think. Fresh baby spinach works well, too.

Delicious. I followed the recipe with only one addition, sun dried tomatoes.

I followed this recipe to the tee except I used mozzarella cheese and it was sooo good I love the spinach Stuffing and am ready to try stuffing in pork chops and rib roast.

It was amazing!
I had precooked the chicken breasts and stuffed them and wrapped in bacon!

I used ricotta instead of cream cheese, however it turned out delicious. I did also try sautéing the ingredients and let cool before stuffing the chicken.

Not a hit in our household. It was a bit bland and the cream cheese and chicken combo tasted odd.

This was amazing!!! First I used fresh spinach since I had some that needed to be used. Wilted on stove top and added it to mixture. My chicken was already flattened from previous prep so I put the mixture on bottom and rolled it and then rolled bacon around to keep the mixture from falling out. Served with wild rice. My husband said it was restaurant style yum!

I have made this recipe 2x and it was absolutely delicious!!!! My family loved it and now that my college student(my oldest son) has arrived home for the summer I have to make it again today to celebrate his return!!! Thank you for this amazing easy to make recipe that has my family thinking that I am a gourmet chef!

It was good but making the pocket in the breasts is not easy AT ALL no matter how you try to do it or how thick your chicken is lol

Wrapped with bacon and I added sun dried to tomatoes and mushrooms to the mix and it was amazing!

Fabulous! I never submit recipe reviews, but felt compelled to do so today -- it was that good! Served it with orzo pasta which was a nice accompaniment to the oozing spinach feta stuffing.

This turned out so good! The chicken was moist and flavorful. Prep was easy and cook time was perfect...adding to our dinner rotation for sure!

Turned out great! I modified and used Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano cheese and it was delicious! I froze some of the mix and next time was able to fill a chicken breast and cook it with almost no effort!

Great flavor! Next time I would not put salt in the spinach stuffing because the feta cheese has enough salt.

Loved it! Although I didn't use feta cheese because I didn't have any, it tasted great.

It was perfect!! I added three extra cloves of garlic and some breadcrumbs sprinkled on top of the chicken before baking in the oven. I also butterflied the breast and secured with toothpicks.
