Delicious. Convenient recipe for meal prep. Marinated chicken with garlic + onion powder, pepper and salt. Also added green chillies to the spinach mixture and used jalapeno and habanero Jack cheese. Did not like that the sour cream got watery after a while. Will try with cream cheese and more/different seasonings next time.

Mine turned out pretty good. Hubby enjoyed it I added tomatoes which I will probably go without next time as they made it somewhat soggy and def needed more cheese Other then that I would def make this again

Delicious recipe. I have made it several times. Didn't use the sour cream this time, added some feta cheese and Italian sauce garnish.

My husband isn’t a spinach fan but completely cleaned his plate with this recipe. Me, not a big chicken fan but I absolutely loved this. We will be making it again and again.

Yum! I used cream cheese instead of sour cream. Popped bacon on top. Would certainly do again!

I substituted a lot of stuff like the sour cream because I didn’t have it but overall pretty good

This was phenominal! After reading the comments, I made quite a few tweaks. For the filling I used 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 ricotta cheese, minced garlic and onion, half of the shredded cheese was Kraft's mozzarella melt mix and half sharp cheddar, and of course spinach. I throughly seasoned the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. I sautéed garlic and onions before adding the stuffed chicken breasts to the skillet to braise. I followed the instructions with braising and baking the chicken. When done, I removed the chicken from the pan. I had quite a lot of the stuffing mixture leftover, so I used that and heavy whipping cream to make a sauce from the juice in the pan before adding the chicken back to it. I served it over quinoa. I think it was one of the best meals I've ever made. My partner agrees.

Really good! I had to bake it about 35 minutes to fully cook. Pretty simple and only required a few simple ingredients. My husband and I both enjoyed it!

It's pretty good! I think I was expecting a little more flavor so I'll experiment with addition ingredients for the stuffing. I did add some tomato which was nice. Overall it was good and I'lldefinitely make it again

Very good. Had to add more seasoning than the recipe called for otherwise it probably would’ve been bland. Definitely gonna cook that again!

Wow ! Great recipe I like to follow the directions as close to as is the first time making a recipe and this is a keeper. I did throw in 1/2 a tomato that needed to be used . It was perfect. I’ll make this again, thank you for sharing.

I would make it again but I'd make sure I tenderized the chicken more to make it easier to stuff.
