This is a very bad recipe. I looked at other reviews and decided to put a panko crumb coating on the stuffed breasts with butter on this and, unfortunately, it still did not stop from a very dry result. Overall, the stuffing is very bland and did not taste at all like the dip it purports to mimic. What really makes me angry is that I spent $45 on all the ingredients for this recipe and it was awful. If you want to salvage it, I would make this with skin-on chicken breasts to keep the moisture in; or, better yet, stuff boneless chicken thighs. Otherwise, I would not recommend this recipe at all. Don't waste your time or money. Am sadly disappointed.

I recommend doing the salt to taste after adding the artichoke; whatever I bought my artichokes in was already pretty salty. If the same happens to you, some extra ricotta helps to level out the flavour (and lets be honest, a little more cheese is never a bad thing) Otherwise—and beyond the fact that slicing a chicken evenly is a lot harder than I thought it would be—this recipe gets 2 thumbs up. Delicious.

Very good! I used what I had - mozzarella instead of Ricotta - sour cream instead of Yogurt.

I made this dish last night and the filling was a total hit! Everyone loved it, the only thing that I will do differently would be that I would buy smaller chicken breasts for the dish or maybe even buy dark meat for this because the chicken was so dry! Other than that I will be making it again.

I actually found it boring to eat. The chicken needed more flavouring and the stuffing couldve used something.

Loved it! I seen other reviews stating it was too salty. I dont believe it was salty at all. However, we used mozzarella instead of parmesan.

I liked this recipe, but like other commenters have said, it is very salty. Because the recipe recommends marinaded artichoke hearts, next time I make this I would use half the salt for the filling or just salt to taste. Otherwise the chicken was tender and the filling was tasty. Also I didn’t see where we needed cooking spray in the recipe at all.

Love love loved this. I did make some changes due to my roommates being picky eaters... I subbed cream cheese for ricotta (same portions) and added mozz cheese. Chicken was really moist and everything turned out really great!!! Only missed 1 star bc I did not do the original recipe.

I liked the stuffed chicken breast. As others have stated in their reviews, it was a bit salty. If and when I decide to make this again I will go much easier on the salt.

It didnt have the spinach artichoke flavor I was expecting. Maybe I used the wrong marinated artichoke, but the flavor was overwhelming.

Super easy! Highly suggest you buy the hearts pre-pealed from the artichoke wasted too much time on that
