Perfect for me. Spinach, rice, cheese? Pretty hard to mess that up. My tweaks:
Added extra firm tofu, freshly sautéed onion and garlic, and also added a little more rice/cheese.
Completely forgot the milk but I think this turned out more to my liking because of it..
Will definitely make this again.

Loved it. Used fresh cream instead of eggs and added minced garlic for flavor. Also added grilled chicken to the mixture. 10/10

Great recipe and easy to make. I added a can of black beans and my husband really enjoyed it.

great recipe...i cut down the milk, cut out the eggs but added cream of chicken soup

It was awesome and goes great with grilled T-bone steak .
I used frozen spinach and added flavor by adding pepper and garlic salt.

This was yummy. Will absolutely make again. I used fresh onion, but sautéd them until just soft to avoid the crunch of onion. I think it was actually better the second day. Might be one of those handy do ahead recipes I'm always keen on!

Turned out perfect, my husband wanted a different side and this was it and loved it. I did put extra onions in it we like a lot of flavor
