- 2 Tbsp. rice flour
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper (adjust to taste)
- 2 tsp. coriander (crushed, dhania)
- 1 tsp. mango powder (amchoor, available in Indian grocery stores)
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds (jeera)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. asafetida (hing)
- 2 Tbsp. water (adjust as needed)
