- 1/2 tsp. lemon rind (diced, or grated lemon zest)
- 1 garlic clove (finely diced)
- 3 handfuls baby spinach leaves (or torn English spinach leaves)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional, but nice)
