Delicious! I added 1 tsp salt and I think that was too much. I would add less next time. I also omitted the crust and used frozen spinach which I steamed. Quiche was a little soggy but that didn’t hurt the flavor. Love this recipe and will make again.

Great, easy recipe ! I did substitute mozzarella cheese for the Swiss cheese because that’s what I had on hand Came out great ! This quiche is nice and light .
