- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 5 cups flour
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained but I used fresh baby spinach that I sauteed in a bit of butter and olive oil with the garlic and onion)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 shallot (small, or 2 green onions, chopped finely)
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
- lemon pepper (to taste, I didn’t use salt – I find cheese salty enough on its own)
- parsley (optional)
- mint (optional)
- sour cream (for serving)
