Thought they were pretty good, they don’t reheat super well though. Made some with cheddar cheese and bacon as well, may have liked those better haha.

Didn’t have green onions so I used white ones. I liked the texture a lot. I doubled the recipe and froze half. Wonderful snack. I will make again.
