I am with the other reviewers who clearly didn't pound the chicken thin enough, so it was more of a chicken taco. The flavors were really good, but didn't seem worth the effort put in.

Great filling! Unless you’re using salt-free Cajun, reduce tbs by half and increase breadcrumbs when mixing, then only season one side of breast.

This was excellent! Went strictly by the recipe and we LOVED it! This will definitely be a "staple dish" in this house. Turned out perfect!

So good! I exchanged the pepper lack for seasoned creme cheese and creme fraiche and it was amazing

Great! You have to season the chicken as you normally would and I add a bit of garlic and herbs in the spinach mixture

Very difficult and not as tasty as I expected. Made it twice and no luck. Garlic powder, salt, pepper is a better seasoning on the chicken. Make sure you pound the chicken very flat so you can stuff and roll easier

The Spinach dip stuffed chicken was amazing, it was still moist and juicy when it came out and the contrast between the spicy chicken and savory cheesy and spinach center was amazing definitely recommend trying

Delicious. My whole family loved it. I left out the breadcrumbs because it just seems like added carbs and calories. This is something best straight out the oven, but still rewarmed well.

The stuffing and the spice mix are awesome! The chicken itself turned out a but dry, but still good overall.

By far one of the easiest and YUMMIEST meals I've made!! Sooo good!!! I didn't add as much Cajun seasoning though, just because I can't handle too much kick!

Absolutely fantastic! Looked just like the picture. I added a cup of sautéed chopped mushrooms. Just wish I put foil over the top while in oven to keep moisture in. Still very good. I will make again.
