Great find! Easy to make, absolutely delicious and a fantastic all-around nutritional profile. What more could anyone want in a light summer meal - or anytime?!

AMAZING!! This was incredibly delicious and easy to make! Made with yellow split peas. Next time will add the mustard seed as I didn’t have any on hand, will probably be even better with it, although turned out pretty perfect without. So glad to have found this recipe! Thank you!
