- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (cold-pressed)
- 1 lemon juice (organic)
- 2 apples (small, grated on a box gratersea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste)
- 2 cups chickpeas (cooked, /garbanzo beans)
