- 100 grams spinach
- 300 mL milk
- 150 grams flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter (or oil)
- salt
- pepper
- 200 grams grated cheese (I used Gouda)
- 200 grams ham (sliced)
- oil (for frying and greasing)

Directions
- Mix the spinach with the milk and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the beaten eggs, melted butter and flour and stir until the mixture is smooth and has no lumps.
- Heat a non stick pan, brush the surface with some oil.
- Add enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-2 min on each side. You can use a spatula to turn them or if you have the confidence flip them.
