- 1/2 cup sweet onion (or yellow, chopped)
- fat free cottage cheese (1/2 cup of low-)
- 12 oz. frozen spinach (well-drained or fresh spinach steamed and drained)
- dill

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 9-inch pie plate, preferably nonstick, with cooking spray and set aside.
- Prepare the spinach and make sure well-drained.
- Saute the well-chopped onion.
