Great! Quick and easy. Didn’t have olive oil so I used butter. Topped with Parmesan cheese and lemon. Delicious

I meal prepped this but used kale instead of spinach. Ran out of oil too so I used butter (I Cant Believe Its Not Butter). I will probably make this again for next weeks meal prep
