- 1/4 cup shallot (minced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 5 oz. Gruyere cheese (shredded)
- 2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 whole egg (+ 1 egg yolk)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- tart crust (:, You may substitute store-bought regular or gluten free pie crust as well)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup gluten free flour (or all-purpose regular, I always use, and highly recommend, Cup 4 Cup gluten free flour for best taste)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 10 Tbsp. butter (cold, cut into ½" pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
