    WOW these are good! I love spinach, but even people who don't said they liked these. They freeze really well too. I made the dough, rolled them into balls and froze them, and then just took them out and baked them for a little longer than the recipe said to. Next time, I think I would try adding less breadcrumbs and more cheese, but overall it was a great recipe!
